My first attempt at Inktober, a challenge to make an ink drawing everyday for the month of October. The theme for Day 1 is Ring. I decided to do a drawing of Saturn's rings instead of just a ring on the finger.
I was working with a few spare markers I have, but two of them were running dry so I ended up using the one that wasn't a Sharpie. I also used a pen for the fine lines. The stars are done with a white-out pen, but I couldn't get the exact consistencies that I wanted with it. I signed with a gel pen. I didn't use the gel pen to do the stars since I knew it would fade from past experience.
